About Us
matthew 25:34-40
Kingfisher Action Team began with a simple idea: neighbors helping neighbors. In July 2025, Maitland (Pickle) Woody brought community members together to explore the need for a local organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout Kingfisher County facing medical hardships, natural disasters, and other unexpected challenges. The community answered with overwhelming support, and Kingfisher Action Team was formed. Today, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to bringing people and resources together to help our neighbors when they need it most.
